A Platform that remains outside the debris field and redirects the Solar Plasma through the Polar Cusps. PRRISM controls the plasma flow in the Polar Cusp. PRRISM creates an intercept solution with space debris in Low Earth Orbit and removes the debris from orbit with an increased pressure force.
